No appeal from Government of adverse "Terror Trial" ruling

In a letter to federal judge Lewis Kaplan on Sunday, the U.S. government announced that it would not appeal Kaplan’s ruling to disallow testimony from a witness against accused terrorist Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani who was first identified by Ghailani during interrogation in a secret CIA prison overseas.
