On Tuesday, a federal judge in the Central District of California ordered the government to stop enforcing Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell. This same judge found the policy to be an unconstitutional infringement on gay servicemembers rights on September 9th. The federal government is expected to appeal the injunction.
