Charges were dropped Tuesday for three of the 11 suspects in the ongoing Bronx hate crime case. The prosecutors said there was insufficient evidence to charge Steven Carabello, Bryan Almonte and Brian Cepeda in the Oct. abduction and torture of two gay teenagers and a gay 30-year old man.
